Booking terms
- Advance: 30% of the quoted amount confirms the date; the balance is due after the booking.
- Cancellation: Free rescheduling up to 72 hours before the booking. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the advance; same-day cancellations are billed at 50%.
- Overtime: A 30-minute grace period is included. Extra time is Rs 1,500 per hour and must be agreed before continuing.
- Outside Nagpur: Travel, stay and meals are billed at actuals and quoted before confirmation.
- Scope: The service is platonic. Private-room, illegal or unsafe requests are refused.
- Dress code: Reasonable event attire is coordinated before booking; special requirements may affect the quote.
- Billing: UPI and bank transfer are accepted. GST invoice available on request.
